It's something I feel strongly about. I really think that bullying is a physical manifestation of fear...fear of those who are different and who can make a difference. On a nationwide scale one could draw the parallel with imperialism and intervention...With the exception, perhaps of the French, we do not celebrate our uniqueness as individuals overly...(particularly in our schools, where it is most important).
